From Gothenburg You can take a train or the bus, it takes about 2 hours. From Oslo You take the E6-express.

By car:
From Gothenburg; Follow the E6 north. Choose way number 161 over Gullmarsfjorden. The ferries are free and departs every 20 minutes during the day; in the evenings more seldom.
From Oslo; Follow the E6 south, and choose way number 162 south of Dingle.
In Lysekil; follow road 162 into the centre of town. Drive straight ahead in all roundabouts and crossings. You will find small signs “Havshotellet”; just follow them and you will find Strand, a big wooden house next to a minigolf course. Continue following the signs and you will find Havshotellet too.
